A bouncy house, mini-golf, volleyball, barbecue chicken, a popcorn machine, an apple cider donut truck, homemade pies, a carnival band, and a competitive kickball game …………… all, at a wedding.
Sarah and Sarah put together a great time for all of their guests with this informal and fun wedding this past fall that really fit their personalities. On the beautiful grounds of Smokey Glen Farm, right outside of Washington DC, this wedding was filled with originality, a laid back atmosphere, and a ton of activities. I had a great time taking pictures of the happy couple and their many friends and family members.

I’m getting married in the exact same location this August, I hope it is just as casual and fun as this one! I’m so excited to see pictures of the Knoll area. Did they use a rental company for all of the fabric draping in the pavilion? I would love to do something very similar.
I’ll check with them
I spoke to Sarah, and she said they worked with Bette Moore of Youthful Diversions on their wedding decorations. She said “Bette and her staff set up and took down all the decorations. We didn’t give them much instructions and thought it looked great – I would highly recommend them.”
